The guys at JLH fit me in last minute to replace my alternator belt after it broke mid holidays, I had called 13 other mechanics before these guys said that it was no worries at all. Can't thank them enough for fitting me in when everyone is so busy. Reasonable price and they charged my battery considerably as well. Would recommend these guys in a pinch! To the guys that helped me today, thanks again! Really appreciate you helping me out.

Dropped my car off because I didn't have time to fix a starting problem. Checked in one every month for an update and was consistently told they were still working on it. Everytime I would drop in the staff would audibly sigh and try to avoid me. After 15 months of waiting I was told they hadn't had time to continue work on it and didn't know what the problem was. Took it home and resolved the issue on the side of the road within 2 days in my spare time after work. Unbelievable.

Would give half a star if possible - very disappointing service. Worked on our vehicle for two days only to find out at the end that they didn’t have the correct equipment or knowledge to assist us. Told us it was a part that needed to be changed, waited for this expensive part to arrive the next day from Melb as nil in stock – still didn’t fix the problem however we were still charged for it NB found out this ‘part’ was not the problem. Took our vehicle to another mechanic who fixed our problem in an hour. We just wish JLH was upfront in the beginning with their lack of knowledge and proper equipment, so we didn’t waste our time, energy and money.

JLH staff are great, Bob and Kerry are honest and hardworking mechanics with great expertise. Have encouraged many friends to have their cars serviced there.
