I have reservations about returning due to the charge of $85.00 for seven minutes in the chair. I am a diabetic and felt a little bit more attention for the money. Also it concerned me that the off handed way I was treated when asking for a report be sent to my G P .so I will probably shop around next time.
Judith France is an excellent podiatrist who is very thorough and knowledgeable. Our grandson was treated for a very painful ingrown toenail, requiring surgery in the clinic to section a piece of his nail out and wedge it. Judith was very professional and reassuring to make this nervous boy feel very relaxed and comfortable. The slice of banana bread was a winner. Thank you for the after hours service opening the clinic on a Sunday to redress his toe. Can highly recommend!!
Really , really sad that you go to the podiatry coming away with the same amount of knowledge you went in with, Painful feet. Judith did not check my walk, bare feet or in shoes. did not check my orthotics if they were correct or not, even though I told her had them more than 10 years. There must be a better podiatry clinic in Toowoomba , Brisbane or the coast surely to god. Why only one star Judith was there. In March I purchased a new pair of really good quality shoes. The sales attendant who was really professional said your walk is wrong after walking in the old then new shoes, with or without the orthotics she said you need to see a podiatrist. It’s really bad that a sales person can tell you more than the podiatrist. Sadly I seen the wrong one.
Best podiatrist in Toowoomba - and we have tried a few!
The experience was great! Judith was lovely, reception was amazing and the appointment was finished quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend this podiatry for anyone needing a podiatrist.
The lady was lovely wish I could give her 5 stars but her receptionists or partner is s down right arrogant man who should not be a Front Counter/Receptionist. I just finished with the lady came to the counter to pay and he wouldn't even acknowledge me as a person just sat there staring at me, I said I just need to pay for my appointment he turns around and goes well you need to give me your health fund card to which I replied no worries but next time you actually need to ask he turns around and goes well I can just make you pay in full and you can claim it your self. Poor Poor Service
