Amazing Doctors, Damien and Spomenka are simply sensational. A practice where all the doctors actually care about their patients. Easy parking, pram friendly and ample room. Reception are friendly and I just love the midwife there, she is AMAZING. I would highly recommend knowing very well you will get exceptional service from all the staff and Doctors there. We have been coming here for the past 20years.
I see Dr Borojevic and she is an amazing doctor. Lovely friendly reception staff. A well managed practice. Fantastic work guys.
My experience started off great but I have had issues with documentation errors for my sons immunizations that still weren't fixed after I made a appointment solely to fix the issue. I also asked for a referral to be done before I moved to Brisbane and only found out months later that the referral was never sent. So now I have to wait even longer to see a specialist when I really needed that appt. They tell me they will get the nurse to call me back and I never get a call. So my more recent experience has been nothing but a huge headache.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Manager is amazing and caring of all patients. 10/10 recommend.
Been coming for years. They have implemented a fee for missed appointments however they are always without fail behind schedule. I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes as we speak. I phoned before hand and was told 15 minutes behind. There’s no apology, no offer of refreshments or bulk billed appointments . Don’t go here.
I've been coming here for years with my two children and have always been happy with the business and service. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but no more than any other doctors.
Doctor Spomenka is AMAZING. 1 star review is for reception. wait times are nuts with no notice and they dont tell the dr your in so she takes in the people after your appointment. They also dont get the results from other dr surgeries and xray places like the dr asked for and I have to end up ringing around asking for results to be sent.
No problem with the wait. I know that when I see the dr I will also get the wonderful thorough consideration that they have given to other patients. Your care and attention to a fully professional service is greatly appreciated. I would wait as long as it takes to have such care. Thank you very much.
Had an extended appt with my GP today. Had an ECG. Follow up in her rooms. Path requests written. Scripts written. Letter written detailing my current meds for our impending travel. Long discussions about relevant issues. Session ended with a heart felt hug. I chose Dr Borojevic many years ago because I was so impressed by her compassion and concern when she visited one of my pts. She is an angel and I love her. So what happened when I went to settle account ? My beautiful GP had bulk billed me I felt conflicted Here was I taking up her precious time and she did this. Guess that’s why I fell in love with her in the first place Totally in this profession for the right reasons. Love you Spomenka Doesn’t matter how busy she is you never feel like she is pushing you out the door. Probably goes without a break most days from what I have observed over the years. I remember what she said to me many yrs ago when she visited my facility. I told her how wonderful I felt she was. To give extended time and heartfelt care to our elderly. She responded by saying. My parents in Yugoslavia are elderly and I would like to think that someone would take that time and care with them. You always have a wait to see Spomenka when you visit her practice. But...this is why!! Because she cares. God bless you beautiful lady And a word about the staff at the practice. From the beautiful women at the desk and the practice RN’s. I've waited over an hour over my apportionment time the three times IN A ROW I've been here. The family practice they so claim, I wouldn't have had any problems if they could have called me and told me to come in later because they were running behind. But nothing and I am sat here waiting again for over an hour. They give wonderful service and the staff are excellent but I draw the line with repetitive lateness. Pathetic.
