Dr. Wagner was my doctor for nearly seven years whilst I lived in Toowoomba. I found Dr. Wagner to be very kind considerate and caring especially when I was diagnosed with nearly fatal brain cancer. Doctor Wagner went out of his way to console me to help me deal with my diagnosis of Anaplastic Oligodendroglioma Stage Three brain cancer which very nearly took my life.

Dr Richard Wagner has shown himself to be a caring and conscientious doctor in the period I and other family members have seen him. He goes indepth to find the cause and solution to a health issue.
