The administration staff are consistently kind and professional. I love that I can also pick up my medications at the very convenient chemist within the practice. Although wait times can be long I prepare before attending and take a book to read as I cannot pick up mobile service.nI have a chronic condition and cannot make urgent appointments but the staff always assist and look after me.
Receptionists were wonderful and helpful when we visited. However, the doctor my daughter saw was unbelievably rude. Before we could even sit down, he told us to hurry because he had to leave in 5 minutes. He had an unpleasant attitude from the beginning, especially towards my Husband and I. He was polite towards our daughter, thankfully.nI suggest Doctors like this revisit what patient and family centred care is, and why they have chosen to support vulnerable people.
Don’t go here worst medical centre I have ever been to. They don’t care about sorting out issues, never take the blame for anything, you try to explain something to the receptionist and they bloody cut ya off half way through your sentence. The medical centre needs to be put under new management.
Great medical centre, staff were very helpful. There is also a pharmacy aswell. Wasn't much of a wait either.
Possibly the worst reception staff. Would get through to Centrelink quicker... Just seem lazy and don't want to take phone calls. I was on hold on the phone while waiting in line and watched as they avoided the phone calls and just talked to each other, not even worried about the line up or calls at all.
