Everything just perfect! No waiting, just come as per schedule appointment, All in the front office they are soo lovely and helpfull and they do everything very quick, Dr Jody Dennis she is my favorite GP! She always listen very carefully & effective. I never disappoints with this Clinic. They have QML Pathology also inside the clinic n the pharmacy also there. Everything just perfect! Not waste the time! 100% No doubt! I love this Clinic.
Great staff and very welcoming doctors. Convenient location and right beside a pharmacy. Cannot express enough how much I appreciated service and would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone.
I had a lot of stuff to do prescriptions, report, referral & requested extra time when I booked. The staff were all lovely & the doctor was great & it was done super quick.
Dr Wu explained my treatment options very clearly. Was knowledgeable and friendly.
I came for help today,im very sick and have problems I should not have talk to a doctor outside, I was told to sit outside and the doctor would see me where everyone walks in. I'm unvaccinated, came for help and was treated like a dog, made sit outside, firefighters are not made get this vaccine. I needed help and now I'm looking for other doctors after 10 years of going to these doctors, i called one they could not believe how I was treated and said they would not make me sit outside. This is how I was helped when I was in need of a doctor. I have taken 3 covid tests this week all negative. This is horrible how they are creating segregation.
All staff are so very friendly and helpful. I also like there are no big waiting times fast in fast out & yet very thorough visits. Doctor's there are awesome , DR Simpsonis a legend a very understanding GP i can't speak high enough about him he is so down to earth & funny . I have been going to them for many years now & couldn't be happier with the medical care they provide . Just keep doing what you are doing.
David is excellent caring Doctor always listens and goes the extra mile to find the cause of your illness.
I liked the friendly greeting on arrival, and everything went smoothly after that. It is magical what a friendly smile can do. Thank you to the staff at the Hooper Medical Centre.
The medical center was exceptional, we took our son here to get some booster shots and the doctors and staff were fantastic. Highly recommend
I had a delay with my Covid Vaccine details being input into the Medicare system. I contacted the Medical Center and spoke to Emily who fixed the problem in minutes. Great job Emily - you should get a pay rise. Thank you very much.
