I chose WT Med as my medical centre because I was looking for a medical professional with a combination of medical expertise, interpersonal skills and efficiency. I found these qualities in Dr. Gunhouse. Not sure if he's taking on new patients currently, but all the doctors here seem friendly and professional. The practice is bright and modern. The reception desk is efficient if occasionally a little brusque. Overall, a great choice for anyone new to Toowoomba

I used this medical centre for the first time today, seeing Dr Heinrich for Q fever testing. Could not fault reception, the nurses or Dr Heinrich. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating of my obvious needle phobia. Dr explained everything clearly and I felt at ease. Very grateful for a positive experience with all staff I encountered.

Absolute worst receptionists I have ever met. They are so extremely rude and very intolerant. The doctors are alright, but the reception ruins it. Even just talking on the phone to them, they are extremely rude. My client feels the same way.nnI am a disability support worker. And my client feels incredibly uncomfortable talking to them, and it limits her confidence in being able to see a doctor comfortably.
