Neighborhood wine shop and bar specializing in boutique producers from near and far.

Story

Toorak Cellars is both a bottle shop and wine bar located just opposite Toorak station on Beatty Ave. Our aim is simple: to source, acquire and serve to you, the best wines we can find at any given price point, from near and far. Whether it be something to accompany a mid-week pizza, or Grand Cru Burgundy, we believe that every wine on our shelves should speak loudly of the dirt in which it was grown and most importantly... be delicious.

In the bar we serve a constantly changing 20 wines by the glass, or you can open any bottle straight off the shelf. We don't have a kitchen, but if you're hungry we have some creative ways of feeding you. Great wine is for everyone, and everyone is welcome. See you soon at the Cellars!

These guys and gals know how to do a wine bar. With several now to their name, this is an oldie and a goldie. Mixed between a bottle shop and a bar, this dark and mysterious cavern of vino-based adventures is perfect for a knock off or a Sunday session. Wines are exceptional, I’m told nothing goes on the shelf unless they’ve had a tipple themselves. If you’re hungry either order of the little bar menu or bring in something more substantial from Pizza Religion next door.

This place has a good selection of wines for every budget. It offers reasonable finger food options. This place could improve on their current seating arrangements.

Great atmosphere, with educated staff. The snacks are delicious and you can order pizza from next door if you’ve really settled in and need something more substantial.

A fantastic local wine bar and bottle shop with passionate, friendly staff. Also serves coffee, small plates (to accompany drinks) and other beverages. Can get busy in the evening with the "designer" crowd who are there to be seen. Get there early for a relaxing afternoon. Only let down is the lovely outdoor area that allows smoking. Most bizarre for any wine bar or eatery.
