We started going to Grill’d Malvern fairly regularly as a family since their mad bunday promotion started. The food has always been fresh and tasty in Grill’d but this store has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. I would like to thank Rin and her colleagues for looking after us pretty much every week. Great service and food! We love eating there. Cheers, Alp

Disappointingly underwhelming experience. Staff appeared disorganised and uncertain, frequently delivering orders to the wrong tables, something I witnessed multiple times during one visit. Tables and seating areas weren’t cleaned between customers, and the amenities were in a state I’d rather not rate at all. Even the counter glass looked neglected. The food itself was overly greasy and lacked the quality I’d hoped for. Grilled seems to have fallen into the trap of becoming just another mass-produced, uninspired chain, reminiscent of the worst aspects of fast food giants. Whatever happened to the simple standards: efficient, attentive service, cleanliness, and quality food that didn’t need to break the bank? Sadly, it seems those values have been left in the past, and I won’t be returning. I'm not one to leave low reviews unless it's warranted. This was my experience. Business owners should pay more attention.

I’m a massive grill’d fan, I eat it every other week, but I was really disappointed when I received my delivered order. :nnFirst off, my burger patty was burnt to a crisp, along with the salad where the chicken was burnt aswell. It was so overcooked !!nnSecondly, my zucchini chips were drenched in a puddle of oil nnThirdly, I did not receive my other item that I ordered. I got refund tho so its ok I guessnnFirst world problems I know…nhowever for someone who rarely eats out bc I’m a student on low income, this is kinda sad lol

I was highly impressed with Paul who is the  manager of Grill’d Malvern when I came in with 3 expired burger vouchers. He kindly said we couldn’t use these however in good faith he offered me a free burger instead. Excellent customer service and so pleasant to deal with. Thank you kindly Paul. Regards Brad Cooper

Friendly staff and beautiful clean restaurant. I ordered the Simply Grill’d and it was delicious 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning
