What I ordered: Beefy Bun and potato fries.nOverall conclusion: pretty nice! nnThese guys were experts and prepping the bun. Slightly toasted and fresh tasting. Generous portion of lettuce and tomato which also tasted fresh and not like they were stuffed in a fridge beforehand!. The beef patty, not the best and not the worst I’ve had. Somewhere in the middle. Beware, the patty I had was quite pink in the centre, which I don’t mind, but others may find that off-putting. It may have been intentional to ensure the patty wasn’t too dry tasting but I’m not sure.nThe outside of it was delicious though, grilled/seared quite well.nnThe chips were very good, a fine balance of crispy outer shell with a soft centre and covered with chicken salt, bonus points!.nnGreat customer service, the fellow at the till was very welcoming and let us know wait times on food. He also offered to give us tomato sauce for the chips if we needed. He was very polite and friendly overall.nnThe seating area is fine, a little cozy for big people but if you’re average/small sized you’ll be fine haha.nnCheers to the team! Good experience :
I got myself a Hot Chicky burger, it’s so good! The bun is crispy not the soggy type, chicken tenderloin is well-seasoned & juicy still. Worth my trip all the way to here! And i do think it’s better than the Queenstown one
One of the biggest burgers I have ever had in NZ. Literally too fat and fluffy buns. So yum and worth the price. Great Waiheke Gem!
Not exaggerating but this is one of my favourite burger place now. I also underestimated the “small” burger, it was actually a good size and not small as i expected. To top it all up, it tastes soooooo good!
At this point I would call myself a bit of a burger connoisseur… no joke, I think this might have been the best burger I have ever had! The Man Bun with Blue cheese was to die for Can’t recommend this place enough.nPictured - Man Bun with Swiss cheese
