Had two amazing pizza dinners while staying at Waiheke Island. The lady owner was gracious and helpful. She advised me of the recent conversion of buses to accept card payments. Made it so much easier to get around on the short stay.nVegetarian pizza piping hot and made fresh. Recommend to anyone visiting the island.
Last night on the island we decided to pop down the road to a quiet resturant in Surfdale for a quick meal. The resturant wasn't busy so our expectations were low, however the meals were spectacular!! The pizzas are made up of super crunch thin base with loads of prawns, that were fresh and huge. I had a Malaysian beef curry which was delish!! Salads were fantastic too... pizza bread just delicious . This resturant is family owned and we were really looked after. Great pricing, huge meals but also great qaulity.
Went here after moving into our new place and couldn’t be bothered to cook!nWife went for the goat curry, whilst I opted for ribs. Goat curry was out of this world and accompanied by some great Naan bread. Ribs fell off the bone and a massive amount of them accompanied with a plate stacked with slaw and chips! Absolutely loved the food and service and will certainly be back!
Overnight traffic diversions meant we had the whole place to ourselves. I'm sure the atmosphere would have been great had other dinners been here. Food was incredible and enjoyed by all in our family group.
Good beef curry, very suitable for a heavy taste lover
