Whilst waiting for my order 2x seperate customers came in to ask how long the wait time would be and a man rudely snapped back “you should have called up and ordered”. Very unprofessional when they were just asking a simple genuine question. I myself waited 35-40 mins so it’s not like they were being impatient or unreasonable. Food and pricing is average.

Bought dinner last night and omg fresh, all made in front of us. Lovely ladies! Friendly, happy place. I will definitely be going back!

Ordered chip and nuggets asked very nicely  for chips to cooked properly as last time they were a little under cooked the lady got very angry and said if you wanted it cooked more you need to ask for well done I said ok would you be able to well done this time please  and she said ok I got the chips they were more under cooked then last time and the nuggets weren’t cooked al way though we throw the food out!! GO ELSE WHERE !!! serious health risk!! I’m not one to normally post reviews

Menu was great but our food was over cooked in old oil. Disappointing as we try to support local businesses.

Well priced tasty fish and chip shop. They make great burgers too. Recommended.

Sorry owners but just ordered 2steak sandwiches and when I got home found that burgers were supplied in error and to top it off, they were the worst we have ever had anywhere. Steak was dry and over cooked.   We will not be back.

Like any fast food place it can have it's ups and downs, but this one is continuously going down hill. We've had our 3rd bad run in a row. With this time the fish was cooked well but the chips looked, felt and tasted like they had barely hit the deep fryer. The time before it was the other way around Nd the one before that was both failed to pass muster. The only reason I've put 1 star is because the fish was ok and zero is not an option. I doubt we will give them another shot.

Was awful,  rang to order the their phone was dropping in and out ask me if I could pick up in 40 mins ask if I could get it in 30 mins the young girl went away to ask then the phone was disconnected try 4 times to ring back with NO  answer! Thommo fish and chip shops Narangba had the same bad experience at the Warner shop.
