I was very impressed with customer service on the phone. The lady figured out how many tiles I need to cover my porch & organized delivery. Then delivery was so fast! Tiles of course so beautiful! I can't thank you guys enough & wanted to leave a feedbak on the website but couldn't find It. Highly recommended! & I'll have to buy more in the coming weeks to get my whole house one by one !will definitely buy tiles here!

I highly recommend these guys for those wishing to buy online. I purchased around 6 pallets worth of retaining blocks (25m2-ish); their prices were cheaper than the landscaping supply yards around town; they rang me first to arrange a date of delivery and their driver gave me a call as he was leaving the yard with the goods; positioned them neatly in the front driveway and I did not have to pay an extra cent on delivery (over 3 tons of bricks here).

The bricks came well wrapped and packaged nicely.

Great business model. Perfect. I highly recommend

No returns policy even when what you get is quite different from what you see on the website. Poor customer service. Avoid unless you want to take your chances and hope you get what you paid for

Highly recommended!  Check out other tile shops first, this will give you comparable prices per square metre. They primarily sell online, so their pricing is extremely competitive, and very sharp. Their showroom is  a modern, purpose built, commercial building. It’s a jaw dropper - and certainly not what you would expect from the carpark.   The massive space enables them to organise and display their huge range of tiles. It’s an advantage being able to view tiles easily in a store, and to be able to touch and compare - you can use their display table to view your tile options in closer detail.  I also appreciated seeing the prices clearly displayed on all tiles. Tile, Stone and Paver's  tiles will be more cost effective than any other tile shop you visit.  
The owner is very professional, knowledgeable and hands on.  His products and prices are both outstanding - and they will be very hard to beat.  The floor tile we purchased, was $41 less per square metre for the exact same tile, purchased from exact same source.  Finding Tile, Stone & Paver meant we could renovate our bathroom using a higher grade tile. We have ended up with a superior hotel finish, using a top grade quality tile we loved, without compromising on cost and blowing our budget parameters.  They are based in Acacia Ridge, which is a bit further out from the CBD, but definitely worth a visit.
Their delivery guy was also brilliant, friendly, great customer focus and extremely helpful and proactive, even with a bad back.  The owner has uploaded a 360 degree virtual tour which allows you to walk through his store.  Two virtual tours are provided - inside & outside the store - you will find these links in the photos view.
