Very poor service. Quotes a job a month earlier, then refuses to complete it once approved by my customer, claiming their ‘machines are broken’. Proven lie. Clearly they under quoted and when it came to manufacture, bailed on the job at the very last minute, telling outright lies. Far too late for my customer who now refuses to pay their bill for their heater equipment we supplied, costing me $6000 and claiming we are incompetent and are extremely disappointed with my business that includes a very negative review! They were unwilling to help, nor indicate a timeline, not offer advice on a suitable alternative supplier. Warning- DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! They are rogue. If you’re a tradesman- Don’t even go there!
Great customer service, great products. There wasnt anything they could not do. Their made to order products were exactly as we needed. They really are the one stop shop for everything air conditioning.
