At Acacia Mower Centre we pride ourselves on having the BEST equipment with the BEST advice at the BEST price every time. We specialize in Zero Turn Mowers, Tractor Ride on Mowers, Push Mowers and Brush Cutters.

We have many brands including Gravely, Hustler, Cox, Masport, Rover, Echo, Shindaiwa, Tanaka, Murray, Hitachi, Makita, Stiga, Supaswift, Oleo-mac, Bush Ranger and many more.

Once you select your equipment we then get it running so you can go home knowing it will work rather than having to build it - This is the servicing Dealer Network advantage !!.

In our industry most of our customesr are not mechanics so we do the work for them. If they tell us what they want to do, then we will work out the best equipment to do the job. Nothing worse than having to replace your equipment every season.

For the last three years we have been the No 1 Ariens & Gravely dealer in Queensland. In 2011 & 2013 we were the No 1 Dealer in Australia.

If you need any gardening power equipment, I highly recommend going to this shop. The service is excellent, their technical knowledge is outstanding and they're just very friendly. We bought a petrol brush cutter and it is everything they said it would be. Easy to start... even for me....and easy to use. Thank you!!!
Terrible service. I took my Masport mower in for a warranty claim as the wheels were broken and I was told a mechanic needs to look at it first, which is fine. I was not told at any time there would be a fee for this service. Two weeks later I get a text saying my warranty claim as been denied and the repairs have been made costing $192. I never asked for it to be repaired. I only asked if the broken wheels were covered under warranty. I think i should've been called to say my claim was denied and i should've been asked if i wanted the repairs done. Not just sent a text message saying i need to pay $192. I called and asked for the new wheels to be removed . When I went into collect my mower I was charged a $30 fee. When I questioned the fee the person at the counter got the manager and his customer service was terrible. It was not explained to me either why the claim was denied. When i asked the manager he said because the wheels had been rubbed up against an abrasive surface. I've only ever used it for mowing my lawn so an abrasive surface is my garden edge? Why wouldn't a warranty not cover that? I asked more questions and the manger was rude, not helpful and intimidating. Their communication is terrible. You need to call people before carrying out work they didn't ask for and explain what's going on. I've been going there for over 20 years and I'd never go there ever again, not because my claim was denied but because of the terrible service. I highly recommend anyone else who wants good customer service to not go there either. I'm sure Masport Australia wouldn't be happy either with their after sales service.
We went to get the mower to replace the belt and once finish the mechanic said the belt on the mower was the wrong belt. The last time it was replaced replaced here. I don't understand how it's the wrong belt when the business last touched it. When confronted the business denied that the mechanic said it was the wrong belt. If the mechanic said it was the old belt then I would have left it since I already paid. The frustration is that ur the expert of your field. and then when confronted to deny show how pathetic and dishonest this business is. Anyways last service here for me. response to your response: False statement stop trying to justify your actions anyways I will let your other negative reviews speak for itself. I was 100% adamant on what I heard and the advice given to me and clerk didn't do much but said I misheard. I am 100% sure on the advice given to me. As I said I wouldn't have went back to raise my concerns if I wasn't given the advice cause I already paid. Hence your response was invalid and wasn't resolve cause I wouldn't have posted this comment.
Absolutely great service and prices. Just bought a Stihl BG 56 blower and I was really impressed with the product and also the service I was given by the Acacia Mower Centre staff. I also took advantage of the Stihl deal to double the warranty if purchasing Stihl HP Ultra oil. I was left with the feeling that they would go the extra mile to get and keep a loyal customer.
I dropped in to get some advise on a few items for a new business. I was given great info. Advise on whats what was very good. They have a good selection of pro and consumer grade but i believe can order in if needed.
Fantastic Staff. Very helpful and knowledge. Free oil and fuel fill with purchase of my new mower. Such a quiet, smooth and powerful mower. Just love it.
Purchased a $7000+ride-on Hustler After using it for 9'hrs, approx domestic Gearbox fan disintegrated and pulley belts broke. A/mower repaired ride-on under makers guarantee then charged me $100:00 For return delivery. Only to learn that mower would drive but wouldn't cut called mower centre got recorded message. Left a message no reply ever!!. My ride-on is now operational no thanks to A/mowers. Organised and had absent minded mistakes rectified myself.
Craig was awesome to deal with over the phone. He matched prices to a competitor for a couple of Ego Mower/Blower kits, one for myself and one for my Dad. The lawn mowers weren't in stock and was warned with the recent floods it might take up to 10 days to get stock. Craig called a couple of days later to tell me they had arrived which was a welcome surprise. On pickup day Dave? I think that's his name, sorry mate, the owner sweetened the deal further with a discount on a couple more batteries. Great guys that know their stuff, and very happy with my new Ego garden tools. Thanks heaps!
