Amazing service from Cathy at Battery Central Brisbane. We weren't going to make it before closing time, and she generously stayed back by 10 minutes so we could collect our battery. Furthermore, my husband was switching over the battery in front of the shop and was having a few issues with removing the old battery. Cathy came over and offered advice and assistance. Nice to see good old fashioned service!! Thank you so much.

I was recommended by my dad to swing by the shop as I had a dying battery in my car. I called up and got some quotes and was able to just drop by on a Saturday morning to have it sorted within 10 minutes. I Just had the Battery replaced in my hybrid vehicle by Nathan. Really good experience here. My hybrid auxiliary battery was tested, diagnosed, and new one fitted in no time at all. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a battery replacement. Thank you so much!

Wow...happy experience with intelligent staff and extensive product availability. I was fortunate to be there when Alan was visiting his store and  I actually ended up with the correct Varta Battery for my Golf R. If your fortunate to be in Brisbane and need a Battery for any car, Battery Central and Alan's team will take care of you, they are even polite and thoughtful in paying for a complimentary coffee in the coffee shop next door if you are waiting whilst they change and put in your new battery. Buy here.

Today we bought two batteries, 100amp for our tipping trailer. Small location but very well organised and very nice people.  Hopefully we will have future business cooperation with them.  Very nice staff.

A very positive experience,I had my wife’s golf car batteries renewed in next to no time AND they fitted new battery cables at no extra charge! I would recommend them as being the best people to deal with.
