I had Shane and the team do a post purchase inspection of my vehicle and we set out a plan to get it to a mechanically sound position. Since  then Shane has done all the servicing and repair work on my Land Rover with a level of service and professionalism that you don’t get at the bigger chains along with  an in-depth knowledge of all things Land Rover. Shane has been extremely helpful with information and assisting with minor problems , always there for support and backup when needed, always willing to go that extra mile . Highly  recommend this business and cannot stress enough  how professional this team is all the while keeping that small business personal service. These guys are A1 with everything they do.

I've been taking my Disco 4 to Shane for 5 years now. I've never been disappointed in the service or repairs.

I couldn’t recommend SBL more highly. On a recent trip from Coffs to Brisbane the driver side rear window dropped in the door unexpectedly on our Discovery 5. After calling numerous JLR dealers and even dropping into one they wouldn’t even look at the situation for 2-4 weeks, despite the fact the window wouldn’t operate and couldn’t even be tapped closed leaving us in an extremely difficult situation.  SBL to the rescue and the boys took the door card off and managed to diagnose the issue broken regulator, tape window closed and refit door card in less than 30mins.  Remarkable service! Thank you guys!

My husband and I have been going to Shane for more than 17 years and are totally impressed every time we take our cars in for a service. They are always so helpful and do a fantastic job. We find it is also reasonable pricing which is a huge plus. The other plus is that they have a FREE loan car which is unheard of anywhere else so putting fuel in before we return it is our pleasure. Shane has been perfect to deal with I purchased a TD5 Disco form him and have it worked on and serviced by him ever since. He comes in significantly cheaper than the other LR mechanics and I've never had him cut corners or not be totally up front. Really impressed.

Very happy with my service here. Shane presents as honest and trustworthy, and can be relied on to do just the work that needs doing. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable too. I will be bringing my car back here.

I called them up explaining the issue i had, and to my surprise they told me to come see them that same day and they would take a quick look at my car. A few of the boys had a look and found the issue pretty quick, explaining the issue to me so that i understood what was wrong. Definitely will be going back to them for any work on my Disco 3. Cheers lads
