Located 3.5km away from the noisy hustle and bustle of main area of Port Douglas and set amidst extensive lush tropical gardens your hosts Scott and Cheryl await your arrival.

Ti-Tree Resort offers guests a quiet and relaxing stay where they can do as much or as little as they desire. Ti-Tree offers some great facilities such as our full size tennis court, gorgeous lagoon style swimming pool and BBQ area. Our fully self contained, air-conditioned apartments offer a perfect and affordable stay in Port Douglas, ideal for the family holiday or couples just wanting to get away from it all to enjoy the balmy tropical weather and attractions Tropical Nth Qld has to offer.

Our Resort has a tour desk able to offer you advice on many tours and even put together an itinerary for your stay.

Fabulous 4 mile beach is only a 250m stroll away and our closest Restaurant is approx 200m. Directly across from the resort are the local shops including a fabulous Take away, Bottleshop and Café. Local buses pick up every 15mins from our front gate making it very easy to get around.

We really like staying at Ti tree. Usually it’s quite quiet, but this time there were a bunch of people being noisy later at night which was annoying. Town is about 10mins drive away or you can hire scooters or even walk the beach.nGood place for families and spacious - everything you need to cook your own meals.
Stayed in room 28nDidn't realise each apartment is rented separately. Main light in back room wasn't working , needed to always use bedside lamps. Laundry tap was done so tightly couldn't use it . Back slide door was very heavy to open not sure if needed maintenance a clean or wheels . The vertical blinds needed a good amount of force to slide open and close. Quiet during the day and if you want sleep be wary of the bats nearby . They are quite noisy . Manager out front he was helpful . Short reception hoursnnAs per reply from resort manager the blinds were used correctly with the plastic rod that is attached . To twist the blinds open to divert the light and the to move all the blinds back towards the wall the front kitchen blinds didn't do this with ease . I wouldn't think that I had to bring attention to these matters , it's saying that if the room has some minor faults or flaws that I would have to find and report rather than the room being inspected prior to using it .
We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our 3yo at ti-tree and it was everything we could have asked for. Comfortable and well equipped accomodation including laundry and kitchen. Beds were comfy and it had adequate cooling. Pool was great because it had a shade cover so good for kids. We loved the location - could walk to the IGA, Wildlife Habitat and a great local restaurant. Scott and Cheryl were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay spot on. Can’t wait to come back.
We stopped yesterday. Nice house with the pool view. The house is warm, there is almost everything for living for a couple of days. Wifi is rather weak. One minus, the floor needs a good cleaning, the mop is also dirty. Huge chunks of dust come out from under the sofa. There is no vacuum cleaner, so we cannot clean it. Everything else is good.
The best accommodation of our whole trip! Value for money, massive 2 storey apartment, clean bathrooms, clean bed rooms, amazing kitchen with all equipment ready to go, a parking spot if you have a vehicle and great facilities like tennis court and pool! Only problem was the wifi which barely worked during our stay. Location is just out the town which makes it a quiet location! 4 Mile Beach is a 5 min walk up the road fantastic stay!
