We arrived at QT quite late after your staff were so helpful in ensuring we were safe and cared for after a terrible experience encountered elsewhere. Our stay was way too short. We cannot speak highly enough of your reception staff, bar staff, house keeping etc. location is superbly maintained and food out of this world and in abundance. Thank you for the 10 kilos I gained. We will definitely be back.

I stayed at QT with some international friends for 3 nights, the location was great and the facilities were really nice. My pieces of feedback would be that from our initial interaction with staff, we weren't impressed, I didn't get the feeling they really cared about our needs and wanted to go above and beyond. The rooms were a little tired and even though we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and indicated 4 pax staying, the second room was made up as a twin, though this was rectified when asked. The breakfast was terrible, for a hotel of this level, I was expecting more, the only thing that changed the 3 days we were there was the smoothie option! Had I had to pay for it separately, I would have been even more disappointed.

Place is lacking in maintenance. Lovely pool and people but the pool furniture is starting to look mouldy and the rooms are slowly falling apart. Doors don't close, light switches that do nothing and noisy air conditioners. Wouldn't choose here again for the money.

Amazing bar with outdoor seating at the back. We loved the food, the drinks, and the overall service. I'd definitely recommend the cheesy fries - those were my favourite - and their fish taco for sure.

Brilliant and very welcoming staff, excellent local knowledge of the area and great recommendations when it comes to day tours. Rooms and common areas very well maintained with good amenities. Food at Bazzar was a bit to be desired.
