We loved staying here! Location is perfect for all the local attractions & eateries. Despite the amazing selections available in Port Douglas we found ourselves often dining in their onsite Restaurant as we could not fault one dish and found ourselves trying them all! The Coral Trout Risotto was absolutely delicious but their lamb rack was a close contender! The mini-rainforest throughout was an amazing touch and the staff really made our stay. Special mention to Simon & Dylan 🤙

The Ramada Resort Port Douglas is a very lovely place to get away from the rat race of life. Situated a short 2 minute walk from the world famous Four Mile Beach, nestled in amongst a natural forest. The Tree Bar is surrounded by a large pool made to look like a natural running creek, with a swim up bar. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The service throughout the resort is of a very high standard.

The hotel is on the main road into Port Douglas, a 10 minutes from the town centre. It is a short walk to 4 mile beach, which is great for walking, but it is not a swimming beach. It is on the route for tour and reef operater pickups. Our room was self catering, but room service and a restaurant are available. The gym is small, but functional. The pool is popular. The room was not luxurious, but we'll appointed. This time we had the one bedroom, which sleeps 4, 2 in the bedroom, 2 on the pull out couch. There was a single bathroom. Our previous stay we had a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 6 with an additional room, and had an additional en suite bathroom. Our room was self service so if you want sheets and towels changed, you have to take them to reception to swap out. Pool towels are available at the pool. Service was efficient and friendly.

It is a beautiful location with kind and friendly staffed. The room was lovely and cool. The only downside was that they were doing construction in the pool/bar area. It was all stills usability it just look away from the amazing atmosphere

Nicely located in the heart of Port Douglas, with very well behaved courteous staff. Well equipped kitchen facilities, good size pool, and lovely pool bar. Will return.
