Seamless process. Are were in perfect condition. The options available are very convenient and the pricing is very nominal especially for RACV card holders.

Remember to make sure they fill your tank to FULL (gauge above the full mark) when you receive the car coz when you return the car they will insist on this otherwise they will charge you an admin fee + fuel fee double that of market rate to put it back above "F". I had the fuel gauge at "F" but apparently this was insufficient. A "Maddy" was also rude by claiming that we were the ones trying to short change them. I recorded my trip mileage put back fuel that covers that mileage (and more) based on the consumption rate registered on the car meter. The only mistake was I never made sure the gauge was above "F" when i received the car. They had to drive the car from another facility and I believe it is their own overlook to refuel once it reached my pick up location. Their agents said that the location was 1hour away which should correspond with the 10L extra fuel they charged me for.

I was in desperate need of an immediate van hire as I had previously booked a van through another place; which fell through. I phoned up thrifty and asked if they were able to get me a van asap. They were incredibly polite, professional and found me a van in less than 5 minutes. The process of hiring was incredibly straight forward, the quality and cleanliness of the vans was fantastic. The pricing for the vans was also very competitive and much more reasonable than many other car hire places. Would definitely recommend thrifty Dandenong to friends and family.

Teagan was great. Polite and well informative. She went through everything with paperwork and over the car. Fantastic. Great customer service.
