I went there for pick up a car and I did. I like their service and nice behaviour.

Thanks you the informative staff member here, I discovered that all Budget locations are an independent franchise & that their prices differ depending on where you go. This only came to light after seeing many vans on site & asking about the rental rates, I was advised they were only there for servicing & that I would need to enquire at another branch.

Astoundingly incompetent. Vehicle was not as described  Explained exactly what I needed over the phone. Drove 2 hours and only after arrival and payment discovered the vehicle was not suitable.

Fast efficient friendly service.  Straight up and down with facts and none of the add-on sale you see on American TV.

I highly recommend this place if you need to hire a truck, best, nuf said

Customer service was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful guys, making sure to not overcharge me by things I didn't need. Also wavered the excess for a scratch due to the van we had being old. Couldn't be happier and will absolutely use their service next time we're moving.

Hired a truck for 2 days people at budget Dandenong were good but the truck itself had a big problem.  I was wondering why l was getting beeped all the time, it wasn't until l was taking it back someone pulled up beside me  no brake lights.
