Although Onyx have a lower excess fee, they will try anything to take it. Andrew will be extremely blunt and seem apologetic but in reality just wants the excess amount. If they claim a scratch as "general wear and tear" dont believe them as they are extremely untrustworthy and will do anything to rob you of your money!
