Friendly, helpful staff. Straightforward truck rental for my house move – was a little concerned since I've never driven a truck before, but it was a very smooth experience. Truck was clean and in excellent condition, with everything functioning perfectly. Best prices as well. Thanks guys!
Exceptional Service! The staff were warm & friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The office was very tidy and the atmosphere was wonderful. The car was lovely and clean, a late model and the price was unbelievable! I would highly recommend to anyone in the need of a hire car. Michelle & her team are an absolute asset to Alpha. They deserve a pay rise!
My recent truck hire for our house move was the best customer service I have experienced. Michelle and her staff made sure the truck was ready to go as soon as we arrived and was very friendly explaining everything we needed to know. The returning of the truck was also a quick and easy process and Sharnee was very accomodating and very friendly. Well done Michelle on such outstanding customer focus we definitely recommend your service.
Did a great job in a pinch. Usually don't have great experience with car hiring places, but really helped. Great staff, Liam was chill to talk to, would use again if circumstances arose.
All round wonderful experience. I had a car for 23 days and could not be more pleased with the vehicle, the price was fantastic but most importantly were the wonderful staff Michelle, Meg and Brodie who were all helpful and caring with my situation. Well done Alpha, I will always use you guys and recommend you whenever I can.
Very poor service, rude staff, totally non professional. hired truck couple of times from dandenong branch and the fuel tank was 30% to 40% empty. The lady on the counter told me they don't have the staff to fill the tank and asked me to check the fuel level and bring it back with the similar fuel level. On asking why always the empty tanks because it's hard for me to fill the tank at same level so she replied that i should hire from somewhere else. never use it again and will never recommend to anyone.
Just needed a car for a few days in an emergency situation. Alpha is quick and reliable for car services, Meg and Brodie were exceptional at providing an unforgettable customer experience. Thank you for a great car at affordable price. Will surely return.
A wonderful experience dealing with the team at Dandenong! After extensive car trouble and not knowing how long it would take to fix, extensions of hiring were never a problem. The staff were lovely and helpful, while price was very reasonable. Thank you, Michelle and the team at Alpha! You made our very stressful week much more bearable.
Michelle at the dandenong branch was fantastic!! After being left stranded by Europecar she helped me get over a very small problem which Europecar thought was the end of the world. Highly recommend these guys. Customer service is great plus the cars and pricing are awesome.
Think twice before you hire car from them. Worse experience I have ever had. Staff was rude, car wasn't clean, told me the car would be around 2 years old when I hire but in reality it was probably 10years old car, didn't even have Cruze control. when i took the car for a drive noise was coming from the engine. went back for refund but they refused and wanted to charge me 50% cancelation fee. Brodie gave me a 2nd car with hail damage said this car is in very good condition, when I looked at the tyre didn't look right, took it to mechanic they said the tyre is not road Worthy !!!! I was going to Sydney with my family, My family could have got killed on the road !!! Its been almost two weeks and Still waiting for refund !! Worse company ever !!! Never ever , ever deal with them again !
