Woah, the collections are pretty amazing with great prices. interiors are clean and well maintained, smells great inside too! Kudos. They answered my call quickly, arrange a quote, had the date all set up and I loved every moment in the pink hummer, you guys are undoubtedly the best among the rest.

Saturday night would of never been the same if it wasn't for these guys!! From dealing with the owner to dealing with the driver on the night I would highly recommend to anyone needing a limo

Absolutely terrible I would not recommend this company to anyone! We had their hummer for our wedding in March 2017. We told them about one year in advance that we needed to go down a certain small back road to get to our photo location. They lied to us just to secure our booking and said "yeh it should be fine we will check it the road before hand". They never did check out the road in person and it wasn't until two weeks before the wedding they said that they didn't think the limo would fit. We said fine cancel the booking if you can't provide the service we were after, they said we couldn't as it was so close to the wedding date even though we had given them a years notice that we were going down that road. So they provided an additional smaller car to meet us but it was too small and we had to made three trips down the road and then 3 back up. This took up about 30 mins of precious photo time and we were on a strict schedule on our wedding day. The air conditioning in the limo wasn't working properly and it was a hot day with 10 people sweating in nice wedding clothes in the back. But worst of all the driver we had was one of the rudest, most selfish people I have ever meet. We were running behind schedule from our ceremony and the driver started carrying on saying we had to leave asap to get to the park. We literally just got married and were taking family photos and he was trying to dictate what we should be doing. Our bridal party started stressing out and asking us and other family what to do so the whole family photos post ceremony moment was completely ruined and it felt rushed and stressed and I believe it shows in the photos. The driver was like a grumpy old man who didn't want to be there he went the wrong way to the park wasting more time and was just rude and abrupt when ever he spoke to us. Finally when we returned to the wedding venue 30mins over time from what we had booked, he demanded our bridal party pay him $200 cash on the spot! Who has that cash on them ready to go? Obviously if we went over time we would pay you, just send us an invoice don't demand money on the spot. We did eventually get reimbursed for that $200 but it wasn't about the money, the damage had been done. That whole part of the day was ruined thanks to the limo driver and the limo company misleading us from day one. We wanted to cancel the booking but they wouldn't let us and so we had a stressful, rushed and sweaty post wedding ceremony photo shoot. It's meant to be enjoyable, relaxing and one of the best days of your life. You imagine it to go perfectly after so much time, effort and money planning your special day. But ours unfortunately wasn't.

My best friend came from London and wanted to show him Melbourne in unique way. Called few places but too expensive but finally found H2 Hummer Hire whose Prices was near to our budget. Hired the Black H2 Hummer for 3 hours which made our day so memorable.
