We are pleasantly welcome with welcome drinks and cold towel upon arrival. It is our first time to visit New Plymouth and the service staff was warm and hospitable. The room we stayed was very spacious and they even had a bathtub! It is accessible to the city area and we are given the room view facing the waterfront.nWe visited the restaurant 'Salt on the waterfront' and we are greeted warmly by Vivek who is the GM of the property and the restaurant manager.nWe had drinks and the fried chicken burger and it was delicious!nnWe highly recommend this hotel to stay for families! Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Only stayed the one night but loved it! On my arrival was provided with a cocktail non alchol which was such a lovely welcome. The gentleman who welcomed me was very polite and helpful. The room was lovely, very clean. Parking was a breeze. Can't wait to return. :

Nice hotel located facing the ocean close to the walking path. Good parking if you are early. Nice staff and good size rooms. The bed was comfortable and the air condition very good. The bathroom shower sprayed water outside the stall until i managed to give it a temporary fix. The fridge in the room was defrosting itself and leaking water onto the carpet. These are Items I brought up to the management to fix. So hopefully it wont be there for the next guest. The breakfast was excellent as was the dinner at the hotels restaurant, SALT.

Stategic location! Amazing staff. Our first time in New Plymouth and Sharika who looked after us was so lovely and helpful. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are back in New Plymouth.

Fantastic location.  Arrived on Christmas Day when the entire city was shut.  The Duty Manager was unable to advise where would be great for dinner as the hotel’s SALT restaurant was fully booked.  Room service was unavailable either.   Room was simple and had a great sea view balcony.  Room make up was basic and didn’t replenish items such as coffee and tea.  Overall staff was friendly.  This was more an upscale motel feel than a Millennium hotel though.
