It is an outstanding hotel with Kind staff members. I interacted with Aileen, lovely person at the Front desk.nGreat food options with in the premises, Asian fusion, my favorite woodfired pizza. Coffee shop connected to hotel and if you are wine drinker, they have good range available.nAbsolutely loved my stay. Love New Plymouth.
If you have a chance to stay there, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy and relax in the best hotel in New Plymouth. So close to the waterfront , restaurants and city centre that makes your stay even better. Art, service and atmosphere at the hotel is amazing.
Absolutely outstanding places to stay in New Plymouth. The staff were amazing and the cleaners do a great job of servicing what are excellent well appointed rooms. Our room was on the third floor with sea views and a small balcony. There are also discounts provided at other cafes and restaurants and you are able to charge back to your room. All in all added to an already excellent long weekend in Taranaki.
It's a great hotel to stay.n Location comfortable clean Staff helpful Warm.nOur room can hear loud music from the bar below from 6 pm to 10 pm without having to go there.
Booked the studio unit. Overlooks the courtyard. A lot of comments about the amazing noise blocking screens and how quiet the rooms are in the reviews. THESE DO NOT WORK. It is very loud and the music and yelling go on really late. Unless you can sleep through anything I don't recommend staying here. I had on white noise and could still here it. The rooms are small suitable for only one person. Very expensive rooms for what you get.
