We stayed at quest during 25-27 dec and honestly we were blown away by the service. Staff member Monica was absolutely amazing. Being a public holiday she took time to resolve some queries we had and she was always responsive. Big thumbs up to her!!! Hotel was clean well presented. Its very close to the city so has great accessibility. Parking was good. Overall our stay was very memorable and we look forward to visiting in the near future.
Very clean and tidy place.nUnfortunately they closed the service desk early due to a public holiday.nWe were left with no access to our room.nEspecially after a big driving day.nA quick phone call would have helped and make it less stressful upon arrival.nAlthough it was sorted reasonably quickly.nThe rooms were spacious and very clean.
Great rooms in a good location. We stayed for three nights and had a good time. You get free access to City Fitness which is an awesome gym. It's clean, quiet, well presented and the service is friendly.
This Hotel is lovely. It has recently been refurbished and is tastefully decorated. The rooms are immaculately clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Its location is great as it is within easy walking distance of most places, for example, the beach, the Main Street, and Pukekura Park.
We stayed two nights at this place and it was really good! Very nice establishment, staff are polite, friendly, and make a genuine effort to be helpful. Location is epic being right in the cbd also. Five stars.
