Stayed here for 3 nights with the family over new years. Great location. Reception service good. Really good size room with 2 large size double beds. Beds comfortable and linen clean. Lovely soft white towels. 2 windows that you could open. Good size bathroom with shower over spa bath. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Good size tv, mini fridge and good tea and coffee facilities. Had a fantastic breakfast in the hotel restaurant on one of the mornings. Lovely restaurant and amazing service from the waiter who served us. Meals nicely presented, good size portions and very tasty. Only negative comment would be the gym facilities, or lack thereof. Would definitely come again and highly recommend

We arrived on Tuesday and leave on Saturday. The staff team are all really lovely and welcoming. Room is great. Location is amazing and most places we have been able to walk to. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

First time here, room was Ok but looking tired. Not a place to have a romantic weekend away. Parking limited so get in quick.Restaurant was excellent and food lovely. Service was good. Hotel is Handy location to town. Would I go back, not sure.

Stayed there New Year’s Eve with my girlfriend in room 208, the aircon in the room didn’t work and notified the receptionist, then the shower/bathroom flooded while having a shower and then about an hour later the bathroom started to smell so bad as a smell coming out from the vents in the bathroom that you couldn’t stay in the room as well as it was so overwhelming. All been notified to the receptionist and manager, manager attitude was good either as he thinks just pouring bleach down the drain in the shower would get rid of the smell

Would have love to give it 5 star and in the past I would have. But on this stay I must say the daily room services in comparison to other hotel I have stayed was poor and on my final day had to buy my own coffee and milk. Feel they dropped the ball here.
