Stayed at the Novotel twice over two separate work trips. Both times where I've ordered room service breakfast, the scrambled eggs have been severely undercooked to the point of them resembling a gelatinous and watery mash that was completely unsafe for consumption.

Food was not up to scratch. I've honestly had better airplane food. Service was friendly. Music sounded like it was cheesy porn music. Find somewhere else, this place is not worth it at all.

Quite disappointed, staff didn't really care about you. Food was very expensive and very disappointing. I also found a metal filing in my food, and I was never asked how my food was so they probably didn't find out either, not that they cared anyhow. Will not eat from here again, maybe their breakfast is better, but I don't imagine so.
