A lovely place to stay with an amazing view and very comfortable  and homely accommodation. The breakfast provisions were a wonderful addition as were the drawer of DVD's. Extremely modern & clean cottages surrounded by beautiful gardens right on the river. We would definitely stay again 😊

A wonderful clean self contained cottage,everything was provided for our comfort,very private ,would highly recommend a stay here ,wish we had more time to enjoy new norfolk.

We stayed in Paddy's Flat at The Shingles and it was just marvellous.  It's very near the riverbank so you have the most wonderful water views of the River Derwent and it's so very quiet and peaceful. 
Paddy's Flat is very fresh, clean and well appointed. Lovely linen and plenty of towels are very welcome touches. 
Looking forward to returning for a longer stay as we only stayed one night!
