Really appreciate the advice and service that we’ve received each of the 4 times we’ve been in to see Brad and the team. Each time we’ve left with a shoe we’re happy with and confident it’ll deliver what we want from the discussions had during the fitting process.  I also think the ability to book a time to get fitted is really handy.  If you’re after a new pair of shoes I’d recommend them.

Unique experience here…customer service, exceptional. I was advised to seek these folks out by my podiatrist. She thought they offered professional service. They did,  and so much more. These folks carefully examine and thoughtfully recommend the right product given consideration for individual needs. They checked the performance of the recommended shoe by video examination of gait and walk to ensure best performance. Their attitude was friendly, helpful and appeared to be based in high level knowledge. They even keep a dog for customers to engage with or just step over if it’s sleepy. I was so pleased, I took my husband the next day…but they made me bring him home! Many thanks!

The running company is a great local running shop. Their staff are beyond friendly and very helpful. They supply great products & spend heaps of time and effort on what you need. And can we just point out, how many running shops have dogs?!. If you want to know what shoe is best for you… go to the running company. The friendliest. The most helpful. The best products. 5 star!

I have hypermobility and it is the bane of my life falling over twice this week . I'm not a runner but love to walk and occasionally jog, if my body allows it. Finding the right pair of runners for everyday use is not an easy thing for someone who has orthotics and is hypermobile, it is so overwhelming. Hence I booked in with Brad at the Running Company. From the minute I walked in he was extremely welcoming and attentive. He asked me questions with regards to my feet and my health. He disappeared and came back with some runners for me to try. He had me walk on the treadmill and film my walk in each pair and made me walk outside to feel the difference. I tried 4 pairs on and knew instantly that the Saucony Triumph 19 were the ones. The moment I put these on, I instantly walked correctly and could feel the stability in them. I have never done this before in any shoe, it felt so good I had goosebumps, Brad said straight away, these are the ones for you. A big thank you to Brad and the team, your customer service skills are amazing and that is why there are always customers in your shop and returning. 4 days of wearing these runners and my confidence is through the roof, I'm walking faster, straighter and best of all no pain.

Came here as a birthday surprise. Fantastic service, exceptional staff and an impressive range. Trying out shoes and getting a proper fit before buying is a must. My Nike Zoom Pegasus I decided on have been a blast and I would have chosen something else if I hadn’t tried them out. Also, other stores and online stockists didn’t even have the colour scheme I got. Wins all around.

Great service. Took lots of time to make sure the shoes were right to help me with my medical condition.  The results have been very good.  I would recommend anyone to go to the Running Company for their sports shoes.

My experience at The Running Company was fantastic from start to finish.  I liked not having certain brands of shoes pushed onto me, but rather staff analysed my treadmill and outside running and footfall to suggest several different shoes that would best suit my needs.  Staff are incredibly knowledgeable.

I was referred here and I was looking for an appropriate sneaker for work healthcare, not for any athletic pursuits, they cover all bases here!  The lovely Grace attended to my needs, and her customer service was Outstanding.  I needed the colour black in my chosen shoe Saucony Triumph, which they didn’t have in stock, however, were happy to order it in for me.  I can certainly see why these guys are at the top of their game.  Meticulously thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and happy to spend the time with you to ensure everything is perfect and that you leave with a spring in your step!

Highly recommend visiting for personalised service and choice.  I purchased some new runners and hiking shoes and they are super comfortable.  It was lovely to actually get to test the shoes out on the concrete and be able to walk around.  There was no pressure to purchase just wonderful service.
