Excellent service from knowledgable young staff member - we took my 85 year old father-in-law in for new running shoes and he treated him with respect, empathy and care - he is so pleased with his new Brooks running shoes which are a perfect fit - thank you so much - best shoe shop in Canberra by far !!!!!!

I felt really awkward having to explain to a man why it is difficult to pick up a sports bra when you have changed your size and why there are two different measurements, so I just didn’t. Instead I felt uncomfortable because I had a feeling I am being judged when I was taking time going through the display one by one just having a look and got comments that it should be easy because they are just displayed according to the size they were still mixed up. Despite quite a big choice I couldn’t find right measurements, but apparently everything can be ordered online through the shop. Sorry if I was mistaken, but this is how I perceived it and it made me uncomfortable and embarrassed and I won’t be coming back:

Been there three times now and received brilliant service and advice on all three occasions.

Went there yesterday for the first time. The team was great. They were really helpful and let me test out a wide range of training shoes and racing shoes. Left with a nice set of Hoka’s. Tested them out today and the shoes worked perfectly. Thanks team I will be back when I wear through these ones.

Really knowledgeable staff who are super helpful!  Would highly recommend for all things running-related
