absolutely disgraceful, spoke to bruce the owner of the business about a firearm they sent up to victoria, he didnt want a bar of it, complete arrogance and disrespect. they sent up a firearm i purchased online the transfer was done there, and they packed it and sent it up, the guns barrel had pocked out of the box, the boys at shooters wholesale warehouse put the gun in a old firearms box and put a couple air bags around the receiver of the rifle  without caring to protect the barrel and stock, as a result i have a dinted crown and the scope has been damaged.

Only reason they are running is due to there monopoly  they have being the only gun shop  in act. I was shocked when I called up they didn't want to help and hung up in my face , some one please open up a new shop and get these monkeys out of business

what a poor excuse for a gun shop, cant wait to see the day the doors close on this store, management in the store is sheer arrogance, arrogant arrogant arrogant these words seem to resinate through most of the peoples feed back, highly priced lack of proper customer services and ARROGANT!
