Seen that Bruce super convenience have free delivery over 100$ order so thought I'd try them out instead of my local American shop I normally go to. They did not disappoint, all the chips had NOT been mishandled, which is a big problem at my local shop and they shipped from act to Victoria for free and only took 2 days! Even had a hand written note to say thank you which was is super rare and a very nice surprise. Am super happy ! Will be ordering again!

We ordered 8 box of cheerios. Prompt free delivery and excellent customer service. Extra goodies free were  in the box with a hand written note. As dual citizens we have ordered American cereal and candy from a variety of sources - this is the best place we have used by far.

Excellent shops! I go there every couple of days for cigs and am always impressed with the super-friendly staff and the brilliant  lolly collection. Well stocked and beautiful service. Highly recommended  Five stars xoxo

Over 60% of items sent were either out of date or very near their best before date ie 3 weeks shelf life left.  2 of the 3 out of date items had been out of date since 2021. Spent $100 & couldn't be more disappointed. Squashed honey bun, squashed packaging and out of date items that went in the bin.

Great selection of products, super friendly customer service, and quick postage . Made it to remote NT community in just over a week.  Very happy  will certainly buy from BSC again.

I recently made my first order from Bruce Super Convenience as I was able to find several US food items there that were sold out at another online store I used to use. The items were packed very well, shipped quickly and free shipping for orders over $99, and there were several bonus items added, which was a very nice surprise. I've only ever purchased online as I don't live in the area, but have always experienced really fast shipping and correct orders - this is often the only Australian based business where I can find some of the rarer, limited edition American treats. I also appreciated the handwritten note from the owner thanking me for shopping with them - the little things count!

Love love love Bruce Super! The whole store is filled with the best American and UK snacks you can’t find any where else. They also sell snacks from England, Canada and much more. All of the staff are consistently warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the products especially the owner! He updates everyone on Facebook book on all new snack arrivals and great taste test reviews. He welcomed me to take photos of the unique snacks and offered to order anything I might like to see in the shop. The store is always really well set up, tidy and well organised. Ive recommendations Bruce Super to loads of friends because of the massive snack range and friendly staff. 10/10 fantastic shop! Fantastic staff!
