Don;t even bother. lost an external hard drive with family pics only to find out that I have paid for it in full after nearly a year ago. LOST 11 YRS OF PICS AND PERSONAL BUSINESS STUFF.... I have to click 1 star so you all can the negligence, My own father in law said the most basic thing to fix it ... As Pauline Hanson said "my shopping trolley just gone" more like ( my hard drive just gone!... Apparently a few text msg's and a couple of missed phone calls and an emails, in which I can prove never happened, just a miserable place to visit, ohh you are so dumb with computers?!  LOST EVERYTHING AND NO SHEED OF REMORSE

I Will not be returning to or recommending the pc guys. My employer and I took both our laptops in to have viruses removed, $250 later we have our lap tops back each with there own problems. My employers emails don't work and bookmarks on the internet won't save he can only have one tab open at a time and it is very slow. I lost all my Microsoft programs (word, power point, excel etc) without being warned this would happen. With work and study piling up I rang and complained twice where they said they could install a similar program for free but had to charge me for some other fee or I had to re purchase the soft ware. so now a further $180 out of pocket I have word back however my computer will not receive scanned documents and is also slow and temperamental and my employers computer is still the same. DO NOT go to the pc guys! you may as well purchase a new laptop for the price we paid to have ours 'fixed'.
