I have been renting with property shop for a year and a half and reported multiple maintenance issues on numerous occasions and it has been nearly impossible to get anything fixed. I have had a broken oven for more than a month and it is still not fixed. I am trying to move out due to their complete disregard of tenants well-being but they are refusing to budge on anything related to the break lease. They should be embarrassed of their lack of professionalism and I will be chasing it up with RTA and QCAT.
We have been renting with the Property Shop since January and so far our experience has been great. We have been renting for five years in Brisbane and Melbourne and have had dismal property managers at best. Amber is wonderful. Replies so fast I haven't even closed the computer and makes sure any problems we have are fixed within the week at least. Hopefully things continue the same way for the rest of our time here, and if so I couldn't recommend this company and Amber enough.

The property Shop look after two of my properties. I have had a number of rental properties and the Property Shop do an excellent very professional job of my property management. I would definitely recommend them as Property managers. All the staff are helpful and very pleasant, I can always contact them and their follow up is done in a timely manner. I interviewed 3 different Real Estate agents prior to engaging their services, they gave me the best rental estimate and property review. Once I engaged their services they easily achieved the estimated rental price with very good tenants. In all my dealings they have been professional and extremely fair. I want good happy tenants who look after my property and pay their rent on time and that's what they have achieved for me. I definately recommend The Property Shop.

When we are needed for any maintenance on the properties they manage they are always contactable and have a answer for us regarding any work to be completed. Ensuring there tenants are kept happy.
