My partner had her eye set on an item that Mood stocks - a green velvet wheat bag. Being an avid online shopper, I though I would order it online and get it sent to her work as a surprise. After contacting Mood to see if they could gift wrap and include a note - I was told they 'do not do gift wrapping' but could include a note on a piece of paper -fair enough, that's good of them. Package turns up a couple of days later and not only was there no note (which was a very important part of the purchase) but the actual item was not what was ordered. This purchase has left a bad taste. What should have been a lovely surprise went totally wrong.
