I love visiting the Kartell store, always amazing customer service - the team are so lovely! Such a gorgeous range too, just recently purchased the Battery lamp which I adore. Will forever be a Kartell customer!

Very frustrating experience - wanted to buy a table lamp as they had 25% off but couldn't as they had just sold out. Even though it was a sale day they wouldn't honour the sale price discount if I placed an order. Bad form.

Poorest service: if only I could give no stars!!! The Auckland Flagship store promised the earth over the phone in terms of safe courier etc. So purchased the Bourgie lamp - which then arrived at the wrong address (they'd written the wrong address on the courier label) - no signature required. You can imagine the headache that this caused. After emailing Kartell flagship store in Auckland - no response.

I've bought lots of cool Kartell products over 20 years and still love them - you never get tired of good design! Always had excellent customer service from the local Akld Flagship store.
