Excellent service, and very happy they had a good range of indoor football boots - unlike everywhere else I had checked. They also stayed open an extra half hour to serve the customers that were in the shop. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks guys!

The worse stringing service I’ve experienced, and will suggest to avoid this shop at all cost. Visited the shop to string 2 badminton rackets (strung at 28lbs and 26lbs) and the store staff suggested to sign the receipt to accept risk of frame breaking for racket strung at 28lbs which I agreed (not the best decision). Received both rackets strung at a lower tension but the store is kind enough to restring them for free. Received both rackets the second time round with cracked lines on frame (even worse, I was not informed about the crack and only discover them when I inspected both rackets back home). Emailed the store and was told that I accepted the risk of breakage but I revisited the store to explain that I only accepted risk on the 28lbs. Store manager said he will find a resolution but it has been a week and not calls/emails received. Though the store staffs are friendly and provide good service initially, this will be my first and last time purchasing any service from this store and I strongly advise anyone to reconsider coming here to string their rackets.

When in there too buy some new boots , received amazing service at the new Albany store. Highly recommend !
