Staff member really didn’t want to be there and was unhelpful. Good quality basic tees for the price though so why I shop there and have purchased through AS Colour for many years.
I purchased some Shorts and Trousers here. The colour held for about 5 wears and then all the items started wearing and fading rapidly. I would stay away from any of these until they get a better dye fixing solution as it is just a waste of materials and a massive waste of money and resources. I am going to have to try and re-dye them myself as the last thing I want to do is contribute more waste by throwing them out.
Came in to buy more than I did today but your CSRs quality really know how to cut down a person’s shopping attitude. Also your clothes are dusty. Like really dusty. Your jumpers especially need a good rub down with a fibre collector like adhesive tapes for clothes or something. Shirts were nice and clean though
Visited Newmarket store, Sian and Claudio were really friendly, just so lovely and so helpful! Even though the store was quite busy they still made me feel like I was looked after. Got everything I needed, store was really nicely stocked up and neat and tidy. I will be back as Sian showed me some other items that would be perfect for my partner that weren’t even on my list. The only thing I would note is you might need to put on your website that the store doesn’t have the full range of products as I was there when another customer wasn’t very happy at finding this out in store and was actually quite rude to the staff about it, but I will say they handled the situation really well.
Worker was to annoyed about me leaving my empty drink can drink at the door so I could continue shopping and would grab on the way out, that she forgot to take off the beeper tag on my shorts. Said you had bins but did not look like approachable workers. Which they were not.
Cool store, the staff were very helpful. Something there for anyone's style - A+
