Charming place with plenty of history to it. The service is relaxed and friendly. Room is a little bit on the smaller scale but comfortable. Nice area to hang out in the entertainment room with table tennis and pool table.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Beautiful,  old world building and features. Very close to main street and Echo point.....
You can walk to the 3 Sisters.  Would certainly return and recommend this accomodation to friends and family.

Staff welcoming. Gave directions to room. On arrival the room was very hot overlooking tin roofing. Pillows hard. Bed bugs bit all night. I had to travel the next day on no sleep. Carpet smelly and dust spread when fan was on. The floorboards were very loose and creaky in the room. On a positive note it is close to the main street and breakfast was included in the tariff. I did not stay for breakfast though. I was disappointed in room 21 because these things were all avoidable.

Cozy, slightly dated place which is conveniently located right next to the train station and about 20 minutes walk from Scenic World. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean and fairly large with ensuite bathroom and a gigantic shower. There is no AC in the rooms. We arrived on a hot day and the heat was brutal. After opening the windows for a few hours, it was bearable. There is a library and a game room with pool table if you are looking for something to do after coming back from the National Park. Overall good value for money. Would stay again.

Horrible reception, I was treated like dirt, told our room was not available 10 mins before arrival as they had no rooms for 3 people. When I complained that we had booked for 3  the receptionist threatened to call the police. Myself and my kids were then told to go elsewhere. Was offered no apology after sorting things out with the owner.
