BBQ area no where near kitchen, no where to sit outside by BBQ, the only outdoor eating area is front of house and BBQ is down the back of house.  Door onto deck is only 5.9” tall I am 6”4 hit my head a few times as did my partner who is 5”10. Not even sure it’s a legal deck.  But the worse thing was, the house and paths was covered in Cob Webs, the owner could have gone around with a Broom before we turned up and maybe removed them.  Walking into cobwebs while trying to enter the house wasnt much chop.  Charging $380 a night for this is pretty poor and not worth it I don’t think.  Inside is lovely, kitchen has all you need and bathroom nice and shower is good.  They could do with a bit more comfortable furniture inside and out. Once you go through the dwarf door there is no day bed or anywhere comfortable to sit down. Basically two seats you could find at a desk.  Anyway, think for $730 for two days it’s over priced for what it offers.

Clean tidy and everything supplied towles linen pillows wild birds and possums on veranda and over 100 years old very comfortable
