Disgusted with Dr Shamsul Mcquarrabin & the way I was treated yesterday during my appointment. After being sick in hospital all night, in servers pain, making my way to rosewood to see this physician following an ultrasound, he didn’t review the ultrasound & refused to listen to anything I had to say. He actually stated “I don’t care what happened last night, I want to know how you feel now”. My situation is complex and after being told my this doctor that I have gastro, I have now been diagnosed with a severe infection unrelated to gastro. So thankyou very much for not listening to a word I said, ignoring key signs & for not reviewing my ultrasound which would have informed you of my current illness. He will also cut you off, speak over the top of you & make sure you’re out of his room before 15 minutes is up. Money hungry. I also tried to express my concerns with the receptionist & she just ignored me & asked me to rebook. HAHAHA, Never again. Go & see doctor Zara in Laidley, she is much better than this doctor.
My experience with the Rosewood Doctors Surgery is, very good. I have never had any bad experiences there. The receptionist, Doctors and nurses are all fine poeple and I would go back to them.
Dr Shamsul Muqarrabin is without skills such listening, understanding and seemed to want to escalate a situation to the point I had to walk out. There are so many times that I can explain what has occurred and what was needed to provide to my employer. He claimed he would not be dictated to by an employer of what was needed on a medical certificate. I also didn’t feel comfortable talking to him in relation to women’s health, I specifically asked for this type of appointment. Being that we are in the times of a pandemic and my employer required clarification that my time off work was not Covid 19 related, he refused to clarify this in the certificate despite what had been explained to him. This doctor clearly does not give a hoot about mental health let alone patients, he just wanted a quick tick and flick rather than using the things called ears that are likely to be painted on.
Went for my injection. The nurse did not even put any gloves on. She did not put any thing on me to relieve from pain. Looks like the nurse does not know what she is doing after comparing with the nurse in Townsville who was really good. Do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Am in pain still.
Arrived to doctor with bad case of panic attack that lasted for four hours and after a good discussion was given what I needed. Thankyou so very much for alleviating my symptoms today.. I really appreciate it. Came straight home and within half an hour was back to normal. Tamara
Its not the rosewood number, get transferred to batt in to then be put on hold for more than half an hour just to book an appointment.
Excellent service from both the doctors and the reception staff - they are efficient, welcoming and professional. This practice has been our local doctor for many years now and we remain very happy with the service they provide.
Saw a physician here 4 weeks a go, he was helpful. Had an appointment here today, to see him. Not available. Had to start over again. She was useless. Thanks for wasting my time.
I've been a patient here for two years. My favourite doctor is Rupin, but they're all really good. The nurses and receptionists are great too.
Waited over half an hour whilst I had a appointment booked and people after me were being served
