Outdated policies only patients in waiting room. No signs stating this. I was able to wait with my 16yr old at the hospital and the doctors but not at Queensland x-ray. Seriously. I have already emailed a complaint. Response given, they are just following procedures. Update them now.
From reception through to the technician I was made to feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the technician was very focused.
Had xray at grand plaza browns Plains the lady on reception was excellent great customer service and the man taking my xray wad awesome caring
Posting on behalf of my partner, “Very happy with how these ladies were during my first ultra sound, The nurse and the receptionist ladies were wonderful”.
Highly recommend. I had to go in for a CT guided needle which I was upset about and the staff were amazing. Accommodated my anxiety and the nurse and doctor were fantastic.
YOU ARE ABLE MAKE A HEALTY PERSON FEEL SICK WITH THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE... Had an appointment at 9am on the 18/11/2021 for ultrasound, I was there before 8:50am. waited until at 9:15 asked reception if l still had an appointment and I was asked to keep waiting. at 9:30 I asked again to know why i was still waiting and not getting a proper answer. Finally they took me in after 9:30. the person who did the ultrasound with a weird attitude in a rush, she did not even say a '' sorry to keep you waiting'' at all. Rude! Then I was in and out in 10 minutes, as it was my fault that they were running behind or over booked... hope that you are billing the Medicare according the time you exactly spend ''I am also gonna report this to Medicare'' I am not sure if the ultrasound was done properly and we can trust the result. I may have to ask my doctor to get it done again somewhere else. Google should let people to give zero stars for reviews.
I received exceptional care from Van sonographer and Julie from reception. I was extremely anxious for my appointment, Van and Julie who sat with me and kept me distracted made me feel at ease and were very understanding. Very professional care and I felt supported through the process. Van talked me through everything and ran through my medical history thoroughly. I am very happy with my visit today at Browns Plains clinic. I will be coming again and would recommend.
I spoke to the receptionist Teresa to make a booking and she was absolutely wonderful to speak with. So polite and kind and made me end the phone call with a smile on my face. Excellent customer service!
Friendly service. Did not have to wait.
Staff were very accommodating, extremely friendly and thorough. I was made to feel valued, important and comfortable during my visit even though it was for a really quick OPG. Everything was explained to me simply and with respect. I have been to lots of QLD xrays all over the Brisbane area and Browns Plains is by far the best for service and staff. Thank you for treating me with kindness and making my day.
