Booked first time appmt for husband. He was quite unwell and knew he needed some help and some antibiotics. I booked a Sunday appmt for him- 15mins before the appmt they left a voicemail saying to call them back about your appmt. Tried to call straight back, their message says they are not open yet and to call back during clinic hours this is supposed to be 8:30am This kept happening right up until the appmt time, just couldn’t get through to find out what the problem was. My husband had to get in the car and drive there only to see they had a sign on the door saying due to unforeseen circumstances they are closed today!! Why couldn’t they just say that in the voicemail?!! Ridiculous. Not impressed, especially after recently moving to the area and needing to find a Doctor here. Ended up re booking online for the next day. The doctor was nice enough and helpful. Couldn’t say the same for the reception staff though…. Not sure about returning to the clinic unless urgent, but even then, not too sure.
Great practice. Staff are very supportive and professional. Doctors listen to patient concerns and advise accordingly. The practice feels comfortable and is located in an easy to reach area with plenty of parking space.
Professionally ran Doctors surgery and very clean facilities.nThe receptionist is helpful and friendly including the nurses aswell.nDoctor Ali is one of the best doctors in the area.
For over 15 years I have always had a positive experience at this clinic.nThe big point of difference is that the Drs go the extra mile and show a high level of care. A big shout out to Dr Perera & Dr Ali.
Happy with my visit today staff very nice and helpful Didnt have to wait too long to see the doctor
