I had bloods taken today by Jessica. What a lovely lady & an expert at her profession. Others have difficulty finding a vein but on both occassions that Jessica has done my bloods no problem. Thank you Jessica.

I had Elina Jones take nasal swabs for my children and I. My daughter was very scared at first, she is 11 and son 9. I have had 2 previous nasal and throat swabs and Elina has been the best, it didn't hurt and she went above her role to make sure we were able to get it done as I had forgot my forms I had printed, it was 30 mins to this clinic from mine and we had a deadline to get it done. She was excellent and the kids were happy, my son and I have to do another round again and he didn't even complain when I told him, so off to hopefully get her again today! She is amazing at her career and was very caring :
