Very happy! Never had a problem with wait times, confirm your appointment when you arrive and you won't have a problem. The doctors are very good, the nurses are also very good. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this practice for years and always have exceptional service and advice. I see Dr Matthysen whom has been practicing for years and unfortunately, no longer takes new patients. They've become rather strict on appointments only which isn't great for those wanting to walk in, but it does mean appointments now get seen to on time. Love your work guys~

It's not to bad as far as it's a doctor's in heart of Beenleigh only down fall is so many different doctors seem to attend hear but if you are just looking for Gp for general health it's a doctor's I have my own doctor now somewhere else as doctors are everywhere finding a doctor who is good enough to take you under there wing look out for your health, you may find you will need to shop around for quality family doctor but as ive said not shore exactly witch doctors are perminent for that surgery or days they will be working as I no longer go there but I'm shore there's a quality female doctor that is a perminent doctor hear who's fairly good but as with any good doctor there may be a few days wait to see her as usually most good Doctors are booked out appiontment only to see your quality doctors of today's surgery but for general doctoring they are fine same as all doctors in Australia

I stopped going here after a receptionist was really rude to me during my first pregnancy. Ignored me at the desk until I managed to get her attention (even though I was right in front of her!). Then I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. When I questioned the wait time she said I didn't check in! I was so furious and it turned out I had preeclampsia so had to go to hospital that day - needless to say I was even more furious. Today I needed a doctor and mine was booked out so I thought "hey, it's been almost 9 years. Surely it will fine." WRONG! Still the rudest bunch of people to ever work in a medical centre! I arrived 20 minutes before they closed, I was ignored AGAIN, then when I got spoken to I was told they were closing soon and no one was available. There was one patient in the wait room and THREE doctors on duty - two of which were standing just behind the reception desk. Disgusting service. Never, ever again.

I am a sick person who go to the doctors a lot the staff and doctors are one of kind they go beyond for there patients i am thankful for all the kind and hard working doctors and staff are so lovely thank u for all what u do for your patints
