Great clinic! Ladies in reception are lovely and friendly. The two ladies the two different times that conducted my ultrasound were both warm and friendly making me feel comfortable and at ease. They talked me through everything and answered all my questions professionally. Will definitely go back to this clinic again.
It was the fastest scan in my life she took 2 second to do my 8 weeks scan me and my husband we're very surprised of how fast was that!! She just said this the head to bum, bum to head seriously, that was the BLOND hair lady, I'm so disappoint it's my last time I will come to this clinic.
Fantastic radiology clinic. I went in for a morphology scan for my 4th baby and I have never had such a great experience. I was booked for 9am and there was no wait. All staff members were lovely. Best prices in the area. Highly recommend this clinic.
Had an appointment for 3pm so we my partner and 6 day old baby arrived 10 mins early. We waited for 45 mins past our appointment time with no apology or explanation...this is just not acceptable, why bother having appointment times if they can't be adhered to?
All I can say is I hate that day I came in to this clinic they gave me the worst experience with my first ultrasound, I didn't get to see my baby we'll, I just want to say to all people who work there either you do your work with kindness or stop doing that job I hate you so much u have given me a depression I was dreaming to see my baby we'll and know he or she Is fine but you guys ruined everything you just didn't take your time to look good after the baby and tell me where is is arms and foot, at least my baby is healthy, I swear to God I'm not going to this clinc again and i will advice all women not to go there becousr the employee there they do their job just like someone pushing them to it. They don't deserve even one single star.
Let's just say I'm more then disappointed with my experience today.. I was TOLD at the end of my scan "His legs are crossed but I seen a willy and scrodum" to me that makes no sence and being I DID NOT ONCE get to see his bits just makes me so much more unsure. Iv been coming here since 2014 and can grantee I will not come back after the lack of interest and time from the Lady who preformed my scan. On the bright side my baby boy is healthy and has everything he needs to function properly.
BREACH OF PERSONAL CONFIDENTIALITY This company handed information over to a person from a hospital I am not even attending and that was already on my history from 2 years ago never speck to this place as I only go to mater or RBWH SO THIS BREACH has now breaches a dvo as my ex now has everything he needs to stalk and harass me and my kids But the funny thing is no one actully thinks when a dr refers u to a hospital all blood tests and scans r sent too so unless the hospital have lost it it should be a phone call to the internet to double check before anything is ever handed over
We have been treated very poorly each time we have visited this clinic. They are rude and you feel as though you are an inconvenience to them. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. They refuse to answer your complaint over the phone and have no email address to send feedback to, if somebody from this business wants to take my complaint seriously I would love to hear from them.
