If there was a No Star option I would have opted for that! What a dispicable level of care?! I saw Dr Nasreen Aktar today and she could not have been less concerned about my very painful condition! Prodded a utencil into my ear so hard and abruptly I jumped! The wall reacted more at my obvious disturbance!! What are your patients frikken CATTLE?? Then before I had a chance to breathe she pokes the SAME utencil she poked into my INFECTED ear straight into my OTHER non-affected ear?!!! Attitude and level of care couldn't have been drier, seems to be practicing Animal Husbandry not treating PEOPLE! Awful treatment of a client who was in So Much Pain! Before reaching the chemist nxt door I tore the antibiotic prescription into pieces and my husband wasn't even surprised he simply laughed to break the ice a bit and asked me what else I could use from the chemist for it. Got myself some strong probiotics and off I went to just treat it myself at home! ZERO STARS and shame to whoever Qualifies such Drs on the first place!

Dr Nazreen, absolute joke. Don't recommend, Do not see. If you want to not hear back from your results that you asked to hear but they denied and feel judged by a doctor 10/10 xxxxx ( f*** U)

Dr. Cheong is a terrific doctor. She is very professional, knowledgable and skilled. I never felt rushed and she genuinely cares about my health.

Plenty of doctors who are willing to take new patients, the staff are friendly and the nurses are very helpful and genuinely care about the health of their patients. Popular practice understandably.
